We demand that our rights and those of future generations be protected and respected. We demand that Canada act without delay to avoid dangerous global warming, above 1.5°C, as recommended by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change. To do so, we need you to show your support.
ENvironnement JEUnesse encourages all people to get involved so the Government of Canada sets an ambitious target and an action plan to reach this target. Here are 10 actions you can take right now.
We also stand in solidarity with other citizens' initiatives to demand stronger climate action, right now. That's why we invite you to read and sign the Pact for the Transition, to support your group's climate declaration or to create your own, and to endorse the Déclaration d'urgence climatique (la DUC). We also encourage you to be part of the Green New Deal and to contribute to Mission 100 tonnes.
