A committed entrepreneur and natural mobilizer, Kerlando has spent more than ten years working at the intersection of social innovation, entrepreneurship, civic engagement, and community development. As the founder of youth-focused media and social initiatives, he brings strong experience in fundraising, sponsorship development, and strategic partnerships.
He has always been deeply involved in entrepreneurship and in structuring community initiatives, notably through Hoodstock and the Relève d’affaires de Laval, which became the Jeune Chambre de commerce de Laval during his presidency. His journey has taught him how to build trust-based relationships, bring diverse networks together, and turn ideas into high-impact, concrete projects.
At ENvironnement JEUnesse, he puts his leadership, creativity, and strategic mindset to work in support of the mission: strengthening the capacity of young people across Québec, amplifying their power to act, and contributing to a more just and inclusive ecological transition.
