    Maude Belzil (pronouns: she/her)
    Trainee program support Officer
    maude@enjeu.qc.ca | 514-252-3016

After training in political science at UQAM, I’m currently in my second year of a bachelor’s degree in environmental studies at the Université de Sherbrooke. I have acquired practical experience in the popularization and interpretation of natural environments, the realization of carbon footprints, as well as in the support and accompaniment of environmental projects thanks to my involvement in my university’s Campus Durable committee. Passionate about the outdoors and the conservation of natural environments, I’m convinced that immersion teaching, which involves learning in direct contact with ecosystems, is particularly effective. My internship with Environnement Jeunesse will enable me to combine my passion for raising environmental awareness with a deeper understanding of community action and civic initiatives.

As a Program Support Officer at Environnement Jeunesse, my role is to support member establishments in their environmental education initiatives.

    Siël Guedj Cohen (pronouns: she/her)

    siel@enjeu.qc.ca | 514-252-3016

Graduating with a master’s degree in sociology in Paris, Siël has worked with a variety of NPOs, specializing in fundraising for social impact initiatives, both in France and in Montreal. Passionate by environmental issues and education, she is dedicated to raising young people’s awareness of these essential themes.

With a vision focused on a sustainable future, Siël aspires to put her skills at the service of causes close to her heart, combining theoretical reflection with concrete action.

She joined ENvironnement JEUnesse as a Philanthropic Development Advisor, with the mission of handling fundraising, managing relationships with donors and setting up effective fundraising campaigns.

    Christie Joseph (pronouns: she/her)
    Program support officer
    christie@enjeu.qc.ca | 514-252-3016

Attracted by social dynamics and collective projects, I obtained my BA in Sociology from the Université du Québec à Montréal. My academic and professional career has led me to become actively involved in projects that promote community involvement and social development. Through my experiences, I discovered a genuine interest in managing projects that mobilize and transform communities. I specialize in coaching young people, coordinating initiatives and organizing events that promote the values of solidarity and autonomy.

I’m joining ENvironnement JEUnesse team as program support officer, where I hope to actively contribute to the organization’s various initiatives. My commitment focuses on social education, accompanying young people and promoting collective projects. Working with team members and partners, I intend to use my creativity and organizational skills to further our common mission.
